JCPenney is sorry. As in pathetic, as we’ve been discussing all semester, but also actually apologetic. JCPenney just launched a YouTube, Facebook and Twitter campaign to apologize for recent changes that have isolated customers and beg them to come back. To me, this goes along with how I already perceive JCPenney: pathetic. But the video already has 14,000 likes on Facebook… do you all think it will work? Can JCPenney win its customers back? Also, note who the commercial is clearly targeted towards.
